Friend sent money and the status is completed, but balance is not updated after 48 hours.

So recently my friend sent a fund to me through friends and family method using his credit card. However, on my end, it said that I received the fund, but my PayPal balance did not change.

Bacially, I had $0 as PayPal balance before the transaction was made. After the transaction that was made by my friend, my balance remains $0. No funds were sent on my end after this transaction.

My account is varified. I had no problem sending and receiving funds before.

I am having the same exact issue and was told is was a currency issue. That didn't work either.
