Money transfer still 'processing?'

I made a transfer from my debit card to my PayPal balance but it still hasn't been completed and still labels as 'processing.'

It's been one week exactly since the transfer was made.

All help will be greatly appreciated

You can't add funds to a paypal account balance in the UK via a debit card, you can only add via a bank account.
