i receive a paypal payment but its doesnt show on my balance

today i sold an item on ebay,the seller sent the payment but i did`nt get an email notification from paypal(thats weird),i can see on my paypal account that the seller sent me the payment,but the money doesnt show up on my paypal balance,look in tha attach image.
