My friend has sent me money via my Paypal.me link, it has gone off their Paypal balance but there isn't a transaction in their Activity and they haven't had an email to say they have sent money (or anything regarding the payment)
I haven't received the money or an email either, we have checked both the desktop website and apps but there isn't any money or transaction history.
We are having the same problem, Sent payment from one account to another and there is no record of it in either account, Ive googled this problem and it looks like it has happened before and turned out to be a problem at paypals end, So hopefully it will just sort itself out later in the day. Fingers crossed.
I popped onto the FB page and a few people have noted the issue but paypal are saying there's nothing wrong (lol) just messaged their FB to see if I can get it sorted, really frustrating isn't it.
