Buyer hasn't received payment

I recently bought an item from depop and I paid for the item using PayPal through the app, the payment has shown as pending on my PayPal app, but the seller says she hasn't received anything, I suggested that maybe it was a different email address she used or a typo but she says she is 100% sure the email address is correct... how do I deal with this?
