I popped onto the FB page and a few people have noted the issue but paypal are saying there's nothing wrong (lol) just messaged their FB to see if I can get it sorted, really frustrating isn't it.

I have just had the same issue, my friend has sent money through my paypal.me link and it has gone off her balance but I haven't reveived the money and we haven't had any emails or transactions appear.

My friend has sent me money via my Paypal.me link, it has gone off their Paypal balance but there isn't a transaction in their Activity and they haven't had an email to say they have sent money (or anything regarding the payment) I haven't received the money or an email either, we have checked both the desktop website and apps but there isn't any money or transaction history. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks to everyone's suggestions of using the app I have managed to withdraw my money, annoyingly the PayPal app is no longer supported on Windows mobile phones but luckily my daughter has an android tablet which the app works on.

Same here, I have £15 to withdraw which I need for 'offline' purchases and it's telling me I have to withdraw a minimum of £90, the most I have ever had in my account is £30 lol I usually only use it to pay for things via my card or receive small amounts , absolutely ridiculous as I now cannot make my offline purchases.
