4 weeks later still no money

Hello

I sent a payment off to my friend that turned out to be the wrong email address and i pressed the cancelettation button and phoned up your help line and was told that it would take atleast 2-3 weeks to fully be returned

It has now been coming up to a month and i am still waiting and i am not very happy at all

if i could find out what is going on asap please

Hey there jnotley,

From the sounds of it the payment was being requested from your bank account. This does take 5-7 working days to complete and once completed it will credit to your PayPal account balance.  

If it hasn't shown by now do give PayPal a call and see about doing a trace on the funds.

Is it possible that when the funds were credited to your PayPal account balance you made other payments?

If so then the balance would have been used to fund these. Either way call PayPal and they will let you know.
