Enter Tracking Information and Order Status

Hello all, ive tried emailing but im getting nothing.

I use Paypal enter tracking Information, it says the customer receives this tracking information.

But, the customers are not getting this information. ORDER STATUS - TRACKING NUMBER - DELIVERY COMPANY.

The customers are not receiving this information, can someone tellme here what the issue is?
