Can not claim money from Gmail

Dear Sir/Madam

Have some problem that need your help.

1. My aunt just sent me some money with paypal via gmail, but I cannot claim or see any found in my wallet column. 

2. I cannot confirm my card and it already charged my money from my card.

This is an issue with your email address being unconfirmed, not your bank- you'll need to make sure you've validated your email and the money will then filter through automatically.

Here’s how to confirm your email address:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click Update beside 'Email.'
  4. Select the email address you want to confirm, click Confirm and we will send you an email.
  5. Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.

Note:

  • Until you confirm your email address, you cannot receive money.
  • You also must confirm your email address before you can make it the primary email address on your account.
