Cannot find received payment to claim

I received an email stating that I received a payment. Upon clicking the claim your money button, it takes me to my account. But I am unable to view the money in my account. Also I have confirmed my bank account today and confirmed my email address after receiving the payment email. Can anyone please let me know when will the payment reflect in my account?
