i am thinking a case, for example,
if i am a seller selling let say an ipad or iphone on eBay. After its being sold, buyer sent payment, i ship the item, buyer received the item...blah blah..
and then the buyer fill a dispute saying the package received wasnt the actual item, but the truth is i really did send the real ipad as described, and the buyer is lying, he is trying to keep the ipad and get his money back...
If this is the case, what the seller has to do in order to prevent these scam? We all know that Paypal won`t let you withdraw the funds to your bank account unless being held for 21 days or the buyer leaves a position feedback.
