Sending to an Address that is NOT in the invoice?

My question is....

The buyer is requesting via gmail (email) that I send his package to an address that is not his (as it is a gift) so I would be sending the package to an address that is not his verified paypal address, and it is not an address discussed at all in the invoice. It is only discussed in an email.

I am just worried he turns around and says I shipped to the wrong address and tries to get his money back or something

Do I have anything to worry about or am I safe, if I have the emails and whatnot?

i wouldn't do it, i sent a very expensive products ($600) to an address that was not confermed and they claimed i sent it to the wrong address, paypal sided with them, i had to refund their money and i lost my product.
