Confirming email and accepting an invoice.

Hi, paypal is asking me to confirm my email address and everytime I get the confirmation email sent to me and click on the link, it doesn't confirm my email on the site. I've tried to find a place where I can enter in the confirmation number by hand, but I am unable too.

 

Also, I received an invoice in my email that I have to pay and when I click the "PAY NOW" button, it just takes me to the main screen of paypal and won't let me pay for it. What is going on?

 

Can someone help me with this problem?

It sounds like you may have a corrupted cookie stuck in your browser - try clearing them out and then re-attempting.  If that doesn't work, you can copy the manual number down and then log in directly at the PayPal website.  Look around on the very first page and click on "Confirm email address," then "Click  here if the button does not appear in the email."  Enter the code and then click "Confirm."

I'm having the same problem and when I try to enter the code manualy I get and error page saying: Sorry -- your last action could not be completed. It's is very frustrating, any idea what I can do. Tried clearing cookies.

If the above error is happening for you, and you've followed the above steps, try entering the information manually in the email section of your Profile.  We also conduct maintenance on a regular basis, so I would say give it a shot via the regular process as well one last time.  Let me know if that works for you.
