Any help would be appreciated..I bought an item on eBay and the Seller wants to cancel the transaction because she doesn't want to ship to Canada even though I sent for an invoice before paying for the item. She sent an invoice for $27.00 shipping so I paid for this through paypal.
A couple days later she sent the cancellation request. Before accepting the cancellation request I asked to be refunded for payment. I haven't heard from her and it has been a couple days.
I was wondering if there is anyway to send a request through paypay for a full refund??
