Refund from seller back to buyer through PAY PAL seems to be a joke. i more than likely be out of 1200 bucks because PAY PAL does not have proper cheks and balances. Ebay and PAY PAL are really one. I will probably chase it dowm with VISA. Pay Pal Should suffer the lost. They let these predators create ebay and pay pal accounts with no assets from seller to cover the losses from these CROOKS. Can pretty well kiss money good buy. Pay thrugh PAY PAL and guarranteed toget **bleep**ED>
