pending payment

hi there

please I can not receive payment trough paypal:I sold 2 items on e.bay but when the buyers trying to pay I am not receiving it and the have a pending payment on their accounts;by the time I have purchesed an item and paid successfuly.A thing to say:I have realized tht my card was expired and I updaded it during this transcaction

Ensure that your ebay account is linked to your paypal account and in your paypal account check to make sure you have linked it to your ebay account.  If either one is not linked, you won't receive the payment.

Hey there ercole,

Welcome to the community.

As snowshow says it is advisable to have your accounts linked.

However if you are not receiving payment this would be due to the email address on your PayPal account either not yet being confirmed or it being different to the one your buyer has used to send payment too.

Any difference in the email address that your buyer uses (the email address on your listing) and the payment will show as unclaimed.

If the email used in your listing does not match the one on your PayPal account as the buyer to cancel payment and then they can resent it to your correct email address.

If it is due to the email address being unconfirmed, then follow the steps in the “Profile” section of your account to confirm your email address.
