i am managing to pay for my stuff on ebay,yet keep getting emails from paypal saying card declined.when i purchase the goods all goes fine everyone gets paid yet within days i recieve paypal emails saying card declined.as far as im aware i have only the 1debit card on paypal...can anyone help
I got the same thing in November, i think its a fraud e-mail address pretending to be Paypal, you have to click on a link but when i did, my virus popup came up saying threats detected. So i left it, the e-mail is different from the normal Paypal messages i get, so i think its something to do with Fraud.
