so today i decided to bite the bullet and change my shipping cots as no-one wants to pay the same postage costs for a 500g packet when all they are buying is a very lightweight piece of hand cut paper. but all pay pal will let me change is the cost of shipping dependant on the cost of the item or a % cost of an item. it also wont let me have different rates for local and international postage! am i going about this is the completely wrong way? i've now also go the 'new' paypal layout which is confusing me even more 😕
