I want to set up a website using the PayPal shopping cart
There are 2 areas that I couldn't find answers to so if anyome can help .. thanks
1) I intend to continually add products over time. How do I use the same cart?
2) All of my products are available for instant download, which isn't a problem when selling one at a time. How does the shopping cart work when multiple products are purchased each of which would have its own download url?
If you are planning to sell multiple digital goods but want to use a simple HTML button integration then the PayPal shopping cart on its own will not be a suitable solution.
We would recommend looking at some of our partners, for example E-Junkie (http://www.e-junkie.com) or Payloadz (https://www.payloadz.com), both of which allow you to take payments for digital goods using your PayPal account. Good luck.
