Been ongoing for years and all over the internet and this forum.

All you have to remember is  >>

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service.

Thanks. I wish I new this before I sent the item. Something should have been done about it by now. Don't know how they get away with it.

Who do you expect to do something about it? Paypal can't as nothing was done on their site.

The scammers are in a computer shop in Nigeria using hijacked email accounts and often hijacked user names and details.

So who is going to ''do something''??

The best way is to protect yourself by reading up on seller protection and how paypal works before you start to sell.
