Postage not working with my PayPal website buttons!

Hello!

I have a number of PayPal buttons installed on my website. They've served me well in the past.

After updating them all recently, however, the shipping charge is never added at checkout. When a sale happens, it's always minus the shipping flatrate I've specified.

Does anyone know why this could be? Grateful for any suggestions. Thanks!

Hey Roberto987,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with a postage button on your website.

You would need to try and get in contact with our technical team. There are two ways in which you can do that.

One option, if you have a Twitter account. You could send them a tweet and their Twitter handle is @PayPal_MTS 

The other option would be to go to the Technical Support website here.

If you go to their website, you may see your question being asked already and answered. If not, you can submit a request and someone from the technical team will get back to you with an update.
