We are getting an error when attempting to download our shopping cart orders
"Due to your extensive download history you are in a queue and it make take 24 hours for the download to complete"
We need to process our orders and cannot at the moment. We cannot afford to wait 24 hours!

Can I ask if you're seeing this message right at the beginning before even getting to the label page to enter the service type or parcel weight?
Perhaps you might give me some more details so we can troubleshoot this together?
It's always worthwhile trying to print your label using a different web browser though, as we find this tends to help with this type of thing.
