A buyer bought an item on ebay then after 2 days decided he didn't want it. I hadn't posted it yet so although it was an inconvenience I could still issue a refund through ebay no problem and he would get his money back and I wouldnt pay any fees. For some weird reason he opened a case on paypal making up stuff in order for him to get a refund. I can now no longer issue the refund via ebay and only through Paypal as the case is open. My question is.. If i refund him now via Paypal for an ebay item would I be out of pocket for fees? Thankyou.
