I can't believe that they are taking so long to resolve this or even acknowledge there's a problem. Interesting observation about the email address. I would have never thought that would cause an issue. Seems to suggest something wrong with authenticating a legitimate email address. However another poster seemed to get this to work by removing product options. That makes me think a string length issue. Was the alternative email address which you used contain fewer characters? Hi, I am in the UK so apologies for the tardy reply. The issue is slightly different for me although the exact same error message is produced. All products regardless of any options will produce the error when clicking the PayPal payment button on our shopping cart. You can see the options I am passing in the Form Post as I have included that in my post on this page. Have you seen that? (WatchBattery post) I have also logged a case and not received anything from Support despite 2 calls to UK Customer Service who tell me that others are reporting the same error. Hi Team,   I hope I am posting the right place and someone can offer some advice. I have opened a case but there is a 3 day turnaround apparently and I could do with sorting this. At out site watchbattery.co.uk we have a PayPal payment button which has been working for years. As off 10th August, 2022 it stopped working. When the user clicks to pay by PayPal they get the message: "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later" This is easily reproduced by adding something to the cart and following the steps to enable the PayPal button (T&Cs etc.) This has been working for years (using IPN). The hosting company says "nothing has changed" and I am not sure what could have changed to cause this issue since the error is coming from PayPal.    The form submission is shown below. Falling Sales on Ebay and on own website using Pay...

Team, Since the beginning of March we have suffered a 75% fall in sales on our Ebay listings. After a lot of investigation and talking to Ebay technical support staff I am being told that the issue is due to a PayPal problem. Customers who have contacted PayPal reporting this problem are being told that the problem is with Ebay.   Those Ebay customers who try to pay for our goods by using PayPal get an intermittent problem the error for which varies. 1. unable to process payment 2. Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again. You may need to retry your checkout 3. Error code 105513   I am wondering if others have seen a fall in sales and what they have discovered after looking into this issue. Paypal payments via our own website are also down so the finger must be pointing to a problem at the PayPal end of things.   Any advice?   Thanks AJ ... View more

Download Order History limited to once per single ...

We  have taken a leap of faith and decided to add Paypal payments to our shopping cart. This meant we had to alter our back office systems to allow importing of Paypal orders using Download history options in our Paypal account. This worked fined up until the 15th August 2014 when Paypal appear to impose a Download limit on our account limiting the Download history CSV to one per specified date range. So, for example, if our order processing people select a data range to download of 28th - 29th August we would receive a download csv covering that date range. However, during the day (say we are working on 29th) we will have more orders coming in. We cannot select another Download covering the same date range 28th - 29th. It says that we have already made a download for this date range! Before the 15th August we could do this and request as many downloads covering the same date range as we wanted. Now we also have to wait for an email after requesting a download and then in that email click a link to get to the download. Prior to 15th August we could select download and the csv would download immediately via the internet browser we were using. We have tried using "orders since last download" but there does seem to be several hours delay in capturing the most recent orders. This is an issue for us as we need to process all orders received before 3.00pm on the same day. We cannot process the order if it is not present in the downloaded csv file.
