PayPal Add To Cart Buttons Not Loading or Slow

Hi

I have many Add To Cart buttons or our website but when visiting the page containing them they either

A) Don't load and just give the X placeholder, you can still click the button but the button image isn't there

B) Are very slow to load

Does anyone have any ideas

I have just tested the link that you have added in your post and I am not receiving any delays or errors. 

Have you resolved this?

I have not resolved this and even tried it in different browsers, this is what happens when I visit the page using Google Chrome, the broken image markers are where the buttons should be.

Hi andymb, 

I have tested it again and I have to agree that this time there was severe latency issues. This can be down to the web server. When this happens and there are latency issues with the page loading it means that the PayPal side of it will time out and you will not get the correct features. 

I would recommend that you contact your web server to see if there is anything they can do.
