I am not receiving notification of orders being place on my online shop but payment is going into my acct I have no idea when an order is place or what it is for?
Can anyone help please this has been going on for a week now!!!

Welcome to the Community!
Do you know if your email address is confirmed on your PayPal account? To check this, you need to go to Profile and then the My Details section. From here, you can then see your email address and you will also see if it's confirmed or unconfirmed.
If your email address is showing as unconfirmed, you should have an option to confirm your email address. If you do this, you can then have an email sent to your email address in order to get your email address confirmed.
If you are still facing difficulties, please try contacting us directly and we will be able to investigate this further on your behalf.
