Every quarter we get an email from Pay Pal saying it's time to renew our PCI compliance. Why can't Pay pal make this process easy? I mean all it needs is a link from our account to upload the certificate to surely? No, we get emailed a link to a secure form that NEVER works (always says expired). We don't use Trustwave, I tried to sign up to them today to do away with all this hassle & their system claims our business name is incorrect! (not changed in over 10 years & has been the same since we started using Pay Pal & then later Pay Pal Pro!!). It seems this is just a mess, something that should be so simple is made hard by Pay Pal!!
