Notifying subscribers BEFORE recurring payment occurs

Hi all

I have set up an annual subscription button (UK-based business) to allow my customers to pay an automatically recurring subscription fee.

I really want my customers to get an email notification a few days before payment letting them know that their subscription payment will be taken, so that they have the opportunity to unsubscribe BEFORE the payment is made.

Does anyone know how this can be done automatically (doing it manually is not practical)?

Any pointers would be much appreciated

Thank you for asking your question in our Community.

I am afraid that this option is not supported through PayPal. You would have to create your own system outside through PayPal in order to do that. I do think this is a very good idea and I will provide this feedback to our developer team to see if we can maybe implement this option in the future :).
