Hi. I just sold something and the person paid with paypal. It was my first time. After the pending tranzaction i just receive an email to check my ppl account at notification to confirm my card details. I didn t received anything i am going mad because is abouth a big amounth. What should i do???

1. You sold something and nothing in your paypal balance yes?

If so was it

Private sale

Website sale

Did you get email confirmation the buyer paid.

Is the transaction showing in your paypal activity list?

2. Where did you get the message to add a card and why have you not done it already?

What funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account?

I post on gumtree an ad. She send the money i received emails from paypal with confirmation. I send the items and i pictured the receipt to send it to paypal. After that i received another email from paypal that said they received the confirmation of royal mail and i have to wait few hours to check the shipping. After that i receive another email from paypal that i have to log in and go to notification to finish the card account and they send me a code to my bank account for security wich i received but i don t know where to insert that code to finish the procedure and receive my money

A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and if you don't have an account encourage you to open one.
You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
