Quick reply as got to go to work now > the dispute stage is for communication between buyer and seller so paypal does not get involved apart from an automatic hold on funds.

Once its escalated to a claim paypal become involved...........if its not escalated the dispute times out and the seller retains the money.

Gotta go, good luck.

@kernowlass And does the seller get the money? Cause I have someone who just made a dispute and stopped replying so I'm not sure if I should bring it to a claim myself or if I'll get the money by just leaving it time out thanks
