i dont receive my money after i sold an item on ebay..they send me a receipt for the pyment but there is no money in my account ..what can i do..i cant contact them
Hi, are you a new seller? If so the money can take up to 21 days to reach you. Has the buyer sent an e cheque, go to your paypal and have a look at details under transaction? Read what it says and look at the email address it has down for you? It mght be that your email address does not match what is on paypal. Don't panic yet but my advice is do not send your item until you know for sure you certainly have your payment!
