hi,
i've upgraded my account to premier, but when i sell on ebay, i want to use the 'require immediate payment option' because i keep coming across non-payers.
but when i select this option, after i click to review the listing it says:
'
- Delivery service - Immediate payment requires at least one postage service.
- Email address for receiving payment - Please enter a valid PayPal email address.
- You must have a Premier or Business PayPal account to require immediate payment. If you want to require immediate payment, upgrade your PayPal account.'
thanks in advance

Hi there Tim99,
To be honest, I don't know very much about listing items on eBay. If you have upgraded your account to a Premier account, you should be able to list items for sale without any issues.
If you would like any further assistance with this, you should try contacting eBay directly as they will be able to assist you with listing your item for sale on eBay.
I'm sorry that I can't be of more assistance to you but by contacting eBay, you should be able to get your item listed for sale.
David.

Hi, i'm having the same exact problem and neither Ebay or Paypal can figure out why. Was this issue ever finally resolved for you. If so, what was the outcome and how did you fix it?

Hi scooby77,
eBay offer many different options on your listing. I would advise that you check with eBay to see if they have restriction for certain options. If you are going to be selling a lot of items it may be a good idea to upgrade to a Premier account anyway. This is free of charge and the fees are the same.
I hope this helps and thanks for posting
Paula
