Why are my payments still pending when I have already shipped the items

I’ve been selling on eBay and all of my buyers have sent their payments but when I check On PayPal the payments are under pending but near the amount of money it says received Im confused and need my money there is also no money in my balance

Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for new sellers.
If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.
This is the new seller hold that every single seller on Ebay has or will go through.

Normally funds are released when your tracking number shows delivery of the item to the buyer + 3 days.
