Payment hold.

Hi to community.  After 23 days my sale funds are still being held. My sale went with out any problems. Why won't they release the funds.

The modest sale funds are promised to my Son. I think it's discussting. 

I know the buyer protection rules, but this is day 23 now...

Anyone have any ideas, help appreciated.

Give customer services a call and they should be able to release them manually for you.

Thank you for your reply. Yes i gave customer service a ring earlier this morning. I don't know where it went, but the payment was found and credited to my account. Thanks again for your help.
