Pay Pal holding payment

Good Morning, I have been a Ebay user and occasional buyer/seller for many years, but this is the first I can remember this happening to me. Recently listed a old set of computer speakers and sold. I checked with my Pay pal account to be sure the money was in my account. And I find the correct amont is listed but it also says "on hold" Now I am not sure to ship this item out or hold until the "on hold" status is cleared up. Anyone have a answer for this. Thank you.

If your eBay payment is on hold, it could be because:

• Your eBay account and PayPal account have been open for less than 6 months and you have limited selling activity.
• Your negative Feedback rating from buyers on eBay is more than 5%.
• Your average eBay Detailed Seller Rating is below 4.5.
• You’ve received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months.
• You’ve received several buyer complaints.
• You sell items in higher-risk categories where we see more chargebacks and disputes. These categories include tickets, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics, and cell phones.

You can log in to your PayPal account any time to view the status of a payment hold.

We would request you ship this product as normal and you will have the option to mark it as shipped and provide the tracking number in the transaction details of your PayPal Account.
