International Postage not working

Hi,

I am having issues printing international postage labels in Paypal, Uk postage works fine but will not work for international pacakges either through Ebay or direct through Paypal, has anyone got any advise on how to fix it as its becoming annoying having to go the post office every day!!

Welcome to our Community 

We find that if a customer can print domestic labels but not international labels, an incorrect or outdated version of the java client is causing the problem.

Could you do me a big favour and go to www.java.com to download the latest Java client? Once you're done, please restart your PC and try printing those labels again. It would also be worthwhile trying a different web browser if the problem persists.
