I sold an Item on ebay for $130 and I receved the payment immediately. The person messaged me right after paying asking if I could ship it out right away, and nothing seemed too suspicious. I shipped the item out, and checked usps tracking every day for a few days in a row because I like to make sure it gets where it needs to get, and usps tracking says "shipped but delayed". Its been "delayed" for over a week now and the buyer has somehow canceled his payment through paypal. I'm not sure what to do at this point, I think I have been scammed because people added new feedback on his account saying hes a scam... Any advice?

Unless the buyer paid through a banks echeque funding method it is not possible to cancel a payment. Please check to make sure you received the payment into your PayPal Account.
I would recommend contacting USPS and requesting they return the item to you.
