I can't refund a shipping label I didn't even use. Please help !

I bough a shiping label but I didn't print it out the same day. 2 days later I try to print it but i can't find the print or void buttons anywhere because paypal is telling me that the item is already shipped..?? I am so confused and I feel riped off right now. What do I do?
