CONFIRMED ADDRESS BUT NO HOUSE NUMBER

BUYER BOUGHT AN ITEM BY  echeque and i am just about to send but his confirmed paypal address has no house number , this item will be shipped recorded signed for, i;m i protected covered by paypal, if item goes missing or not returned to me i'm i covered,

what are my solutions

refund buyer?

send item?

ask him to update address with paypal?

help?

Firstly if the item is expensive you need to wait for the echeque to clear.

If its not expensive and the buyers feedback is good then its up to you if you wait but if the echeque fails seller protection won't cover you.

Secondly does the buyers addrees have a house name? I don't have a number just a house name.

Thirdly you always need to send to the paypal address not the ebay one if there is a discrepancy.

Lastly if you are still not sure the addy is correct give your buyer a ring to confirm. You can get your tel number via advanced search on ebay top of any of their pages > contact member left lower column > give details and ebay email you their tel number.

£66 ITEM,  echeque has cleared, i will be sending recorded delivery, i have contacted him and he has said his house number is 6

what shall i do?

send to the address without number( that way i'm i protected?) but will RM try and  deliver it and will he try and claim back payment for non delivery? 

send to the address he has supplied, he could then raise a dispute and if i say i sent to the non verified address then will he be successful?

the only thing missing is the house number,

how do i stand sending tracked?signed for.?

just wanted to make sure that i'm still protected by paypal if he says he hasn't received and paypal ask what address i sent it to and it differs from the verified adddress (only difference missing number) so i'll be protected GOOD!

too many scammers around just wanted a bit of reassurance.
