Im suppose to be a great customer, therefore I am now a paypal advantage member with exclusive benefits!  What benefits? This bill me later thing'"is only if you are approved", so some of us may not have the best credit, most of us dont" expecially in this day and age! What kind of benefit is that? Also I sold some mammoth mountain lift tickets on ebay, i didnt ship anything, I emailed the redemption code to my custome immediatly, she sent me positive feedback, I had emails proving that she did indeed receive the codes, everything is paid and she has already used the tickets and is back home after having a great time.

But no way in **bleep** is ebay or paypal going to release my money any sooner than 21 days. And I have been a good seller making them alot of money just off of me. But they wont even make an exception! Oh but I belong to they're exclusive paypal advantage club thats suppose to get special benefits. Yeah thanks alot PP and EBAY.

They have never been too sympathetic to the needs on their sellers. It is hard to run a business while they are holding on to your capital.

I hear you. If it were a benefit of membership then EVERY member should enjoy the benefit.

Well, Bill Me Later from PayPal is clearly based on credit. From my understanding it's not offered exclusively to PayPal Advantage members. Just that PayPal Advantage members get exclusive rewards when they pay through Bill Me Later.

As far as 21-day holds. Yeah that part is odd and seems like a quark in their policy for PayPal in general. I would just call support and I'm sure they will fix that.
