unable to add link to product page on resolution page

I am trying to return a product that 1-I did not order and 2-the wrong item was sent. The seller will not work with me. I'm trying to file a claim in the Resolution center but can't get past "add a link to the product page". There is not website to link. There is no product to link. This whole transaction is a scam. How do I get past this step?

I understand that you are unable to file a claim. Please read this article to get more details. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
