synchrony bank secure messages, where are they?

i got an email from synchrony bank about my pp master card, informing there's a secure message waiting for me. After calling 4 different PP support numbers i haven;t been able to read the message.......PP keep embarrassing itself. Anyone knows how i can read those msgs?

I have the same issue. I can't find the secure messages.

I have been at the phone 1 hour. Ping Pong among 4 operators. No answer found. Is so embarrassing.
