Hello im a bit confused but Paypal locked my account saying i need to submit my id (Which i did already) and a bank statement. Im not sure what it is but I have online banking (Lemon Cash) and I see nowhere the option of Bank statement

I understand your concern about submitting documents. As per the information that you've shared, it seems like your account is limited. Please be informed that, there are some banks that aren't compatible for use with PayPal, this include most online banks. Hence in this situation, it is better to link statement of a traditional bank. If you need any help, I would recommend you to reach out to our PayPal Customer Support.
