im selling online and the buyer told me you'll receive an email from [Removed] and i did i want to make sure im not being scammed first is this legit or?

Sorry no information on the email showing.
Anyway always best to give us a gist of the email content rather than an email address.
My best advice is if there is NO funds in your paypal balance then you have NOT been paid.
Even if the funds were pending they would still SHOW in your paypal account summary page and transaction history.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
