i was scammed by an IQ test website called Brainety.
after i bought the test results, one month later they charged me for $79.8 for renewal of brain games that i never singed for.
i opened a case with PAY PAL providing all evidence that i never singed up for this, i even provided FACEBOOK search results showing that many people were scammed the same way from the same website.
to my surprise, PAY PAL closed the case by denying my refund, and i am even unable to contest that.
PLEASE HELP !!!

Hello,
Except for the review on the Trustpilot, how did you manage to get a refund?
Thanks!

This Brainety (uab rebilita) should be reported - it is 101% scam and I can provide evidence. Paypal has so many signals for this merchant? Paypal should ban such scams and "merchants" - what is the procedure to delete such fraudulent companies?

PayPal is just did the same thing to me. How can PayPal not see that charging me double is the scam. They let them charge me twice. The company keeps saying we don't give refunds, because they're scam artists. Any company can give a refund. PayPal is only about profit. They don't care if it's right or wrong

There are no companies in any country that have integrity anymore. It's all about bottom line. So ashamed. Good luck

The main thing here keep all your documentation every email they send you. First off when the $2 charge post on your credit card. You need to right away get with your credit card company and tell them not to let them charge you anymore. It's your credit card company, they should not have a problem with this. Make sure to tell them the first charges okay but any charges after that you will not be responsible for. Once you do that with your credit card you're covered. Regardless of what these scam artists do. You are covered. Now I went on Facebook and that was the easiest way to get someone to contact me. Is the private Messenger to their Facebook account. Eventually they blocked me after complaining on their page. So you can't really be truthful when you leave a comment, but if you do it privately through Messenger they should respond to you regularly within a couple hours. Unfortunately you have to pay attention to the responses cuz they won't stay on very long. Their whole job is to not give your money back that's how it works. My credit card companies are helping me now one of them already terminated regardless of what PayPal says. When I turn them in for fraud PayPal sent me an email in like 5 minutes saying no it's your fault. PayPal PayPal definitely knows what's going on. They just don't care anymore. It's all about the Benjamins.. Lucky you have your credit card company unlike PayPal who used to protect their clients. Hope that helps.
