Why PayPal keeps helping fraudulent like CvMaker?

I was robbed by CVMaker £59.97 trough3 months subscription at £19.99. In PayPal reports, I see Cvmaker was reported in 2020 and there are over 40 people who also reported CvMaker scams, god knows how many people didn’t noticed been scammed or didn’t report it. My question: why PayPal is not doing anything about these frauds?

There may be 40 people who reported being scammed but millions more sales via that company/paypal that have gone without issue.

So why would Paypal take action and lose revenue? That is why they give you 'some' buyer protection to read up on and then risk assess our transactions.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account. You also need to check any tick boxes as sometimes they sneakily make you 'untick' a box to not set up a subscription.

If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
