hello would be grateful for any help , i have money on hold at the moment and i was asked to provide documentation wich i did , then unexpectedly i was “permanently limited “ .

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

thanks for the response , there is money on “hold” it is not in the actual balance . will i be able to withdraw this money at all?

If its permanently limited then you should have received a paypal email stating when you can withdraw any funds?
