I understand you've been advised to upgrade your account, and I'm sorry to hear that. It is very rare for PayPal to advise you to upgrade your PayPal account. However, from reviewing your Community Forum Profile, it looks like you have a business account already. Please be cautious if you receive an email advising you need to upgrade. Phishing emails try to convince you that you need to upgrade or pay a fee before receiving a payment.
