failing withdraw by 2 related problems (name correection and account limitation)

i want to correct my name but i am in permanent ban. i have to correct my name so i can withdraw the least money in my account, because it keep failing cus my name in paypal and bank is not same. do you have any solutions? Update my name (First - last name)

If you don't have your legal name on your paypal account and that is why you were banned then not a lot you can do about it unfortunately.

The funds belong to the person named on the account who has a legal document to prove that that is their name.
