dispute won by JVZoo vendor even with a satisfaction guarantee

I am confused, I purchased from JVZoo and the site had a guaranteed satisfaction 30-day.  I was forced to initiate a dispute but I lost.

 

What can I do next? Will JVZoo step in and if so, how do I contact them?

Paypal cover you for non receipt of item OR item received but significantly not as described. They don't cover you for claims made on a merchants website as that would be for you and the merchant to resolve. So if you were just not happy with the item or changed your mind and it wasn't ''significantly'' other than as described then you may well lose a paypal dispute.
